Who wrote it

I’m David Hawkins. I came up in commercial HVAC, licensed journeyman in more than one state, and I still work a full time job while I build this.

I ain’t a therapist and I ain’t gonna pretend to be one. I learned this on job sites and at kitchen tables, watching what happens to the man who says yes to everything. Then I wrote down what actually works.

Dig. Build. Grow.

Say no once without explaining yourself for two days.
