Information We Collect

Information you give us: name, email address, username and password, billing details, profile information and photos you add to community areas, course and coaching activity, affiliate application details and payout information, and anything you write in comments, forms, or messages.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, pages viewed, time on site, referring website, and general location derived from IP address.

Payment information: card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processors. We never receive or store your full card number.

How We Use It

To deliver memberships, courses, and coaching; to process orders and payments; to run our affiliate program and calculate commissions; to send transactional email such as receipts and account notices; to operate community features; to improve the site; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to meet legal obligations.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make this site work:

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember cart and membership state, run affiliate referral tracking, and measure site usage through Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features will stop working if you do. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

Advertising and the Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure whether our advertising works and to show our ads to people likely to be interested in what we publish. These tools record actions you take on this site — pages and products viewed, items added to cart, checkouts started, purchases completed, and free guide sign-ups — and report them to Meta Platforms, Inc. Purchase events include the order value and currency.

Some of this is sent from your browser and some is sent from our server directly to Meta. Where you have given us your email address, it is sent in hashed form, meaning Meta receives a scrambled code rather than your actual address. Meta may use this information to measure and improve our ads, to build advertising audiences on our behalf, and for its own purposes as described in the Meta Privacy Policy.

Your choices. You can control how Meta uses your activity for advertising in your Facebook or Instagram settings under Ads Preferences and Off-Facebook Activity. Blocking cookies in your browser, or using a browser or extension that blocks trackers, will also limit what is collected here.

Your Rights and Choices

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, unsubscribe from any email using the link in the message, close your account, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to know what we collect and the right to request deletion. California residents: we do not sell personal information.

How Long We Keep It

Account, membership, and course records are kept while your account is active and for up to seven years afterward for tax and accounting purposes. Analytics data is kept for up to 26 months. Comments and community posts remain until you or we remove them.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable third-party processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

International Visitors

Our site is operated in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
